Yacht Charter & Rental Weather Policy
We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to heavy rain, thunder, lightening, storms or unsafe conditions we will call you to cancel 2 hours before your scheduled charter or rental. Cancellations made by our captain due to weather will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any charter or rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice of your scheduled charter and or rental if you need to cancel for any reason.
No shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the charter and or rental will be subject to a 50% reservation fee.
